Kajol Panchal is a Barrister and Solicitor called to the Ontario Bar in March 2022, with legal experience dating back to 2017. She completed her undergraduate studies in Ontario before earning her law degree from Queen Mary University of London, UK, followed by a Master’s in Criminal Litigation from City University of London UK. Upon returning to Toronto, Kajol successfully completed the licensing process and was called to the Bar.
Kajol’s practice is primarily focused on criminal law, with experience handling a broad range of criminal matters and appearing before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Her work includes domestic assault and intimate-partner allegations, impaired driving, criminal harassment, threats, mischief, breaches, and other Criminal Code offences. She assists clients with reviewing disclosure, identifying evidentiary and procedural issues, preparing for court, negotiating with Crown counsel, conducting judicial pre-trials, and pursuing practical and favourable resolutions where supported by the circumstances and evidence.
